- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Human Resources or related major
- 7+ years of experience in human resources, including a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a business partner capacity.
- Demonstrable experience working in a strategic HR Business Partner model.
- Broad understanding of all HR disciplines including talent acquisition, employee relations, talent development, workforce planning, benefits management, workers compensation, compensation and federal and state employment laws.
- Experience in aligning and implementing human resources programs and processes to business strategy.
- Proficient user of MS Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneDrive and HRIS systems
- Experience working with ICIMS, UKG and ABI strongly preferred.

- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to quickly interpret data, identify trends and recommend multiple solutions
- Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities with grace and efficiency
- Strategic problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand, interpret and act on information promptly and effectively.
- Open and receptive to ongoing feedback aimed at improving performance.
Nice to Have
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential
- Master’s degree from a four-year college or university in Human Resources or related major
- Knowledge of sports and entertainment, specifically NBA basketball.
