The Memphis Grizzlies are seeking an Help Desk Technician I to join our growing Helpdesk team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who’s ready to gain hands-on IT experience in a dynamic environment. You’ll support day-to-day technology operations, assist in managing IT inventory, and provide first-line support across systems, hardware, and applications.
This role plays an important part in delivering high-quality support to internal users while building a foundation in IT operations, inventory management, and Tier 1 service delivery. On game days and during events, you'll help ensure our technology runs smoothly behind the scenes—setting up devices, responding to technical issues, and supporting fast-moving teams.
