  • Create and maintain reusable UI components and patterns within our design system.
  • Convert wireframes and mockups into accurate, accessible interfaces.
  • Ensure components and data integrate correctly with existing systems

Experience & Conversion Optimization

  • Elevate the user journey through thoughtful UX, intuitive flow, and refined interactions.
  • Support A/B testing, user flow optimization, and conversion funnel improvements.
  • Identify UX and performance bottlenecks and implement smart, measurable improvements.

Content & CMS Support

  • Contribute to internal tools that streamline content creation and publishing.
  • Help refine tooling and workflows to accelerate team execution and strengthen documentation.

Technical Collaboration & Quality

  • Work closely with engineers, designers, and product partners to deliver high‑quality digital products.
  • Participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, and quality checks.
  • Improve performance, page speed and accessibility.
  • Ensure digital content renders accurately across devices and remains mobile‑optimized.
  • Other projects as assigned.

The Experience You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Technology or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience years building digital experiences with React, Next.js, React Native, and TypeScript.
  • Proven wireframing and digital design skills.

  • Strong Git/GitHub workflows (branching strategy, PR discipline, merge best practices).
  • Comfort working within CI/CD pipelines.
  • Solid understanding of component architecture, SSR, performance optimization, telemetry, and debugging.
  • Experience working with headless CMS platforms and content workflows.
  • Proficiency in UI/interaction design fundamentals and tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
