As a member of the Ticket Sales & Service Team, the Manager, Client Services is responsible for servicing existing season ticket members (MVPs), overseeing the annual season ticket retention and upgrade process and developing and implementing a comprehensive year-round MVP365 membership program to ensure optimal renewal rate. The Manager, Client Services will also be responsible for the oversite of all Account Executives for the Client Services team.
The Director, Facilities and Engineering is responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility maintenance and capital projects at FedExForum. This position will lead a highly skilled team in the disciplines of major mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, food service equipment, and project management to ensure all assets are operating properly, effectively and maintained in good condition. Oversees general facility maintenance and proper delivery of event-related utility services. Must be able to communicate well with co-workers and executive management.
The Conversion Crew Lead will be responsible for working with management staff and supervisors to ensure the facility conversions and set-ups are completed accurately and on time.
The Learning and Development Manager will assist in the design and implementation of various company, NBA and Team Player Development programs for the Memphis Grizzlies, FedExForum and G-League. This role evaluates the developmental needs of the company and drives training initiatives that are beneficial to all stakeholders. This position creatively designs, analysis and executes streamlined methods to not only educate employees, but to also enhance and recognize employee performance.
The position will be responsible for organizing and executing personal and professional development programs for all team members and players. The Learning and Development Manager will also provide support to athletes by implementing programs and curriculum to meet group, individual and team-specific needs.
The Conversion Crew Members will be responsible for facilities conversions and setups of various types of equipment (basketball court, staging, hockey dasher walls and glass, tables and chairs, etc.)
The Manager of Live Entertainment will assist in, and be responsible for the conception, development and management of all Grizzlies and Hustle game nights and related events with a goal of creating a unique, entertaining and fan-friendly event experience.
The Manager will act as the primary Grizzlies game producer/director for all home games and lead the department’s efforts from a facility, technical, and broadcast needs while developing creative storylines and entertainment options to enhance the in-arena experience, execute partner activations, and support all Grizzlies, Hustle and FedExForum event sales needs, while overseeing the Memphis Hustle game night experience.
