The AVB (Audio, Video, Broadcast) Operations Manager is responsible for the programming, operation and maintenance of the arena scoreboards, video boards and scoring system. The AVB Operations Manager will also oversee and assist in the installation and operation of courtside technology for basketball events as well as special event technology requirements for all other events and manage the maintenance and operation of the arena audio systems and theatrical lighting systems.

The Box Office Attendant provides guests with a positive first impression of FedExForum. This impression is created by aiding guests, providing them with accurate event information, and assisting them in purchasing and/or picking up tickets to FedExForum events. This part-time position is expected to work cohesively with all employees of FedExForum in maintaining an extreme level of guest service.

The Memphis Grizzlies is seeking a Help Desk Manager to manage the activities and responsibilities of our service desk team. As part of IT’s leadership team, the manager is responsible for ensuring services and support are provided using excellent customer service levels, resolving all technical issues with the appropriate sense of urgency.     The Help Desk Manager will make a large impact on the organization by introducing, or improving upon existing, technology solutions. A problem-solving attitude with an ability to motivate your team to achieve specific goals is essential to perform well in this position. Ultimately, the Help Desk Manager will help develop and refine our company’s best practices and processes and increase client satisfaction. 

This position will provide production elements to the various departments at FedExForum as well as external clients. The responsibilities include assisting the Production Manger during live events, providing preventative maintenance on production assets and scheduling / payroll of part-time staff. The Coordinator will also lead ancillary internal events and provide input on capital projects and the operating budget.  

Position Purpose The Director, Development will generate revenue through the development and sale of marketing partnerships for the Memphis Grizzlies and associated properties, including FedExForum, Grind City Media, Memphis Hustle (G League), and Grizz Gaming (NBA 2K League). This individual will identify key prospects, build a pipeline, and negotiate to close significant deals across multiple industries and businesses.  By focusing on the client’s marketing objectives and business goals, the candidate will create high-value partnership packages that are customized, relevant, integrated, and flexible, and serve to affect the behaviors and perceptions of the client’s target markets.  In addition, this role will play a part in the process of creating engaging, multichannel platforms across all properties for the team to take to market.

The IT Technician II provides superior technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner. This position will be considered the company’s front liner to solve basic and advanced technical problems and provide support to all lines of business.   The IT Technician II is responsible for installation and maintenance of hardware, software, and peripherals for technology functions on a day-to-day basis.  Under general supervision, schedules and coordinates maintenance of client’s computers, cable structure, inventory control, and telephone installations.

The Memphis Grizzlies are seeking an Event Marketing Coordinator dedicated to generating marketing ideas and leading the administration/direction of marketing, promotion, and public relations activities associated with events (concerts, family shows, etc.) taking place in FedExForum. The ideal Event Marketing Coordinator is a self-starter that is detail-oriented, enthusiastic, creative, innovative, and results-oriented.   In this role, the Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing and Communications/Public Relations teams to lead grassroots/viral campaigns and will also assist with additional marketing and PR needs as directed.

The Manager, Training & Talent Development is responsible for the planning, implementation and execution of the learning and development strategy for all guest-facing roles at the FedExForum. This role evaluates the development needs of event day staff and drives training initiatives that align with the organizations service pillars of excellence.

The IT Systems Engineer is responsible for performing functions such as evaluations, upgrades, testing, debugging and implementation of applications programs that support the infrastructure and business processes. The IT Systems Engineer also plans, conducts, and leads the analysis of business problems with IT solutions. This position is remote based in the United States. 

The Memphis Grizzlies are seeking a Guest Services Host who is responsible for front-line customer service to all FedExForum guests. This role includes greeting and assisting guests, filling special requests, and proactive problem-solving during events.
