The Memphis Grizzlies are seeking an Email Developer to join our dynamic Marketing Technology Team. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and marketing acumen to support our digital marketing ecosystem effectively. As an Email Developer , you will play a crucial role in optimizing our marketing automation platforms and leveraging data insights to enhance our digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders and data sources, leading the technical implementation and management of key marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other personalization tools as needed.
The Finance/Accounting Intern is a student enrolled in a four-year degree program at a college or University who assists in the day-to-day accounting processes and responsibilities within the Finance Department. Under the supervision of the Assistant Controller, the Intern is responsible for a variety of functions pertaining to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial support functions. While some of the essential functions of the Finance/Accounting Intern role are completely independent, the incumbent will be expected to work in a team environment. The ability to take direction, as needed, from supervisors is required.
A Building Engineer-Plumber will perform various tasks around the building and perform a variety of plumbing related maintenance and repair. This person’s work will pertain to hot water tanks, electrical and plumbing systems and kitchen equipment. The Building Engineer-Plumber must be able to communicate well with co-workers and individuals in various departments. This person will have integrity, a great work ethic, dependability, and will be someone who strives for excellence and has a positive can-do attitude.
The Carpentry and Maintenance Technician will be responsible for general maintenance in the capacity of carpentry, painting and repairs as required and directed. This position must be able to perform a variety of skilled duties and provide customer service to various departments. Must be able to communicate well with co-workers, management and third-party contractors. Works closely with management and operations staff in developing an integral team that effectively represents the quality and professionalism of the Memphis Grizzlies and FedExForum.
Responsible for cabling and termination of Cat3, Cat5, Cat6, CATV, Fiber and various other wiring disciplines. The position includes the testing and troubleshooting of wiring problems and assisting other operations departments with project and maintenance requests.
The Event Ticket Operations Sr. Manager will manage day-to-day operations of the Box Office relating to all FedExForum Concerts, Family Shows, Comedy Shows, NCAA and Conference Basketball Tournaments, University of Memphis Basketball games and will support the Director of Ticket Operations for Memphis Grizzlies Basketball Games. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the price scaling of each event, creation and management of non-Grizzlies event manifests, main liaison with Arena Operations Staff, Show Promoters and Ticketmaster support staff, event settlements, daily box office settlements and staff training. The Event Ticket Operations Sr. Manager will report directly to the Director, Ticket Operations.

The Motion Graphic Designer is responsible for producing content to be used in-arena, broadcast and other digital mediums for the Memphis Grizzlies, FedExForum, Memphis Hustle, Grizz Gaming and Grind City Media, with a primary focus on creating and implementing visuals for the in-game fan experience of Grizzlies and Hustle games.
The Senior Motion Designer is responsible for spearheading creative vision and crafting captivating content to be used in-arena, broadcast and other digital medium for the Memphis Grizzlies, Memphis Hustle, FedExForum, Grind City Media and Grizz Gaming. As a member of the Creative Leadership team, this role will be an integral part of developing and coaching the team’s other motion designers while supporting the general creative direction with a primary focus on conceptualizing, creating and implementing animated visuals for the in-arena experience.
The Memphis Grizzlies are seeking a Youth Basketball Camp Coach to instruct kids ages 6-14 in an individual and group setting at Grizzlies Youth Basketball Camps in Memphis, TN. Coaches are responsible for teaching the fundamentals of basketball while delivering exciting, memorable, and rewarding experiences to kids attending camps and clinics. Throughout the year, there will be various day-long clinics, multi-day camps, and 4-day camps in the Greater Memphis area.
As a member of the Ticket Sales and Service Team, the Account Executive, Group Sales is responsible for generating revenue by identifying business opportunities and selling Grizzlies ticket products. These products include group tickets, group theme night events, single game suite rentals, suite packages, and season and partial plan tickets. The AE for Group Ticket Sales will also have responsibilities for FedExForum events as needed.
The Manager, Training & Talent Development is responsible for the planning, implementation and execution of the learning and development strategy for all guest-facing roles at the FedExForum. This role evaluates the development needs of event day staff and drives training initiatives that align with the organizations service pillars of excellence.
The Memphis Grizzlies are looking for a dynamic professional to assist building security staff in operating state-of-the-art CCTV, access control, radio communications, credentialing, and emergency responder systems. You will assist in 24/7 security for the arena as well as event-related security. This position also requires the planning and execution of security and guest service-related training programs for full-time and part-time employees. The position requires collaborating with an extensive group of internal and external stakeholders including our guests, clients, facility operations, team operations, artists and show management, business executives, law enforcement agencies, and the NBA.
